- Acted as secretary of the board. - Managed the legal aspects of projects developed by “the ENGIE holdco” in Chile. Assisted in the drafting, negotiating and structuring of transactions (incl. M&A and local arbitration). - Provided legal advice on regulatory issues, labor and administrative Law and permitting issues.- Assisted in several negotiations with contractors. Acted as lead in-house counsel in an arbitration associated to a hydro project.- Assisted in the preparation of files for the corporate approval by ENGIE of projects developed locally.

Liaised with the legal team of both shareholders. - Acted as secretary of the board and compliance officer. - Counselled during the start-up, construction and operational phases of the project. Assisted in negotiations with clients, suppliers and other relevant counterparts regarding a wide array of agreements (mostly under Chilean Law, but also under English and New York Law), e.g. EPC contracts, LNG and natural gas supply agreements and SPAs, services and charter party agreements, ISDA & forwards.
