With a degree in Architecture at FA UTL in 1996 and several years of experience leading large projects, I've decided to turn myself to Real Estate Management in 2005, believing that working in the development of RE projects I could add more value to them.Following experiences at Nexity and The Edge Group I’ve joined JLL Portugal in 2012 where I’ve started Consultancy, Project Development Services and Capital Markets-Development teams during 6 fantastic years.In May 2018 I've been invited to restart Nexity in Portugal as CEO, to create a strong team and pipeline of housing projects in The Lisbon and Porto’s Areas. Following the successful acquisition of Nexity Portugal by Orion in 2023, we've rebranded our company as VIZTA, and become even more ambitious to develop successful projects in Portugal.I believe that experience, innovation, knowledge and creativity are crucial to create the best projects in the market, the ones that are stronger on the downturns, that attract more clients, and therefore create more value to their investors.
