• Work with contractors to implement construction safety management systems and other safety requirements on Toyota construction sites (TMMBC). • I Provided daily safety inspection to equipment, monitored and supervised over 300 plus contractors, and provided safety leadership to construction including earthworks, excavation, concrete pouring, steel erections, plumbing, and mechanical and electrical installation.• I have provided support per TCSR 3.4/4.0, conducting formal daily safety audits using the TERA software application.• I Provided Spanish/English OSHA-like safety training, reviewing D-15, 16, and 18. I Reviewed contractor JSA’s to confirm the completeness and accuracy of work activities being performed.• I performed D-12 and 13, accident investigation and safety violations, including the root cause, countermeasures, and corrective measures.• Started to complete four projects (920B Exp. for Weld and Assembly, SIBL and 1F Med Lab and ILE Exp.)• I received a Toyota safety coin as per recognition for excellence in safety and going above and beyond for 2022 and 2023.

I took over the EHS directorate for Advanced Pavement Group (APG). I have implemented a Fleet Safety Program with GPS tracking and driver MVR program, Drug and Alcohol program, complete OSHA compliance inspections, and OSHA training. I have implemented driving behavior tracking and assessment to reduce DOT violations and claims. I have established a health and safety program in our five locations in four states (NY, NJ, DE, and PA). We have developed and implemented an Environmental Health and Safety tracking system known as EHSInsight. It allows our employees to access our electronic documents using their phones and tablets on the field or in the office from any site. They can search for SDS, toolbox meetings, safety inspections, Job Safety Analysis (JSA’s), report injuries, implement corrective actions, etc.
