Hi, I am Fernando YuI have worked in the food industry for 5 years, under Boba Bear. That includes training other employees, keeping track of inventory, and other related task. Within those 5 years, I have also enjoyed serving others. Customer service has always been my specialty, whether its dealing with the worse in customers or providing the best experience. I always enjoy working with others to solve problem and never mind going the extra mile when needed. After working in the industry, I started working retail. I applied at both Best Buy and Target and worked at both companies at separate times. At Best Buy, I was able to work with all articles of consumer and some enterprise grade technology. I was tasked with fixing and troubleshooting many different problems ranging from phones to basic server machines. At Target, I acted more of salesman and informant than anything. Customers would love me for my usefulness and management loves me for my efficiency. I was able to be quick while giving my customers the best experience they could have. Other hobbies, include dance and working with computers. I have been building computer for other for the past 2 years and have been able to sell computers on the side. In terms of my dancing experience, I danced for 4 years of my life and 1 year as State champs.
