Quicko is a big app with more than 600k people per month and 6 million downloads over three years. We enable routing using public transportations companies in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and other cities including the possibility to manage and buy transport credit. As a head of development, I was responsible for the team and all aspects around infrastructure, security and architecture.

Responsible for the technology area, from infrastructure to development new solutions, one of the main goals was the digital transformation around the pre-purchasing financing pool business through automation and research new ways to improve the process.

My responsibility was to manage a development team from a company that was recent acquired by Mercado Livre and help to structure the process and technology to improve the quality and maturity level of the project to be able the merge of all structure.

Initially I was hired to be part of different projects acting as a developer and managing the projects, during the time I evolute to a role to manage the Digital área responsible for all teams and technology decisions. I experienced different roles during this experience like software architect, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, SOA Developer and Director of Digital area.

My main role was software architect in a big project to build a platform to manage digital process for marketing companies, the project’s name is Visto Tecnologia, I worked with a team responsible to create a new development process who implement agile methodologies and new technologies that enables a new version of Visto Technology. After that I get a new role as a Product Manager that allows a big evolution in terms of business strategy, and we were the principal DAM system in Brasil and one of the greatest’s marketing automation systems.

iTBN was a startup created to build some innovations and tools for the graphic area and publicity agencies, I was part of a team who create the first apps to digital TVs that was recognized by the media. We also created a platform to manage marketing process and digital assets. I did some mobile projects during the time for marketing campaigns.I was responsible by the conception and research with two co-workers of its model of interactivity where the user can click on many objects in a scene and he receive more information about it or he can buy that item. I was responsible by the development of a platform to manage retail information and to automate print services for some companies, and also, we manage digital assets through a digital system we built and provide SaaS services.

I be part of a team responsible to migrate old technologies in ASP3 to Java in a big bank in Brasil called Bradesco, and we implement a new security layer over the web pages improving the security.

With the production director we built a small ERP system to manage the buying and selling process and some production tasks over the factory.
