Supply Chain First Mile Theft and Fraud Investigations – The Supply Chain First Mile (SCFM) Investigations team pursues investigative matters of loss occurring within Amazon’s First Mile Logistics network. We leverage cross-functional internal and external partners along with data analytics to successfully resolve internal and external investigations.

- Provide operational oversight to a team of 20 analysts who engage in a company-wide critical incident operations system. I assist in global emergency operations plan development and compliance through enterprise-wide security standards.- Helped a team launch a new to the company Video Analysis Center (VAC) for Amazon's Critical Incident Operations that has successfully conducted 15000+ global investigations focusing on the preservation of life and operations in the first twelve months.- Analyze and operate as the VACs intelligence coordinator on safety and security issues to discover industry trends that aid in optimizing manpower and incident command.- Work cross-functionally with company wide stakeholders to ensure projects and emergency requests are completed within deadlines.- Perform and manage high level and highly confidential investigations using technology to disrupt insider threats and organized crime.- Deliver a detail oriented focus on key projects and meet predetermined quality targets in a fast paced and pressure environment.
