I was responsible for leading the company Project Analysts team, supporting them on the planning and follow-up activities. I acted on a tactic level, integrating the company strategies and objectives with each project, giving the whole company transparency, increasing engagement and purpose, keeping the teams focused on it.I also acted as an organizational change agent, seeking continuous improvement on the way the organization communicates itself and prioritizes its demands, and develops its services as well as its products based on the agile manifesto.

I was responsible for the management of software projects, acting as a focal point to national and international stakeholders, ensuring the best communication, and registering the project events. I used Jira and Confluence to manage the activities and to expose the project's necessities and their measurements. I acted as a facilitator for the development team, removing blocks and seeking to maintain the team a cohesive and self-organized group, and ensuring the teams follow the scrum methodologies.

I was responsible for requirements analysis, data modelling and software development.I acted as a solution developer in a multidisciplinary and self-organized team, building applications to support the business area. To build these applications we study technologies and patterns and choose the ones that fit each necessity. I was, along with the team, responsible for applications that hold the following technologies: DotNet Core 2.1 (Web API, Hosted service, MVC), RabbitMQ and MongoDB as a database.The team used the Kanban methodology to manage the software development.

I was responsible for requirements analysis, data modeling, and commercial software development, seeking to benefit the whole business area.I acted as a solution developer, building automation process solutions, as well as corrections and improvements to the systems of the company, seeking to maintain their availability. Apart from that, I work to keep the System department’s SLA at 95% which makes the business area reach its strategic goals.I took part in the development and implementation of the own company ERP. Created to automate and control the commercial process such as income process, collection, customer attendance, and so forth.I contributed to the System department governance by building automated execution database scripts, taking off production environment passwords and access from the development team. That implementation has accelerated the script release process.I led short-period project implementation by creating WBS, schedules, and acceptance criteria at the end of each implementation, responding directly to the CIO. I divided the project tasks between my teammates when I was not directly involved in the development tasks.

I was responsible for the requirements analysis, data modeling, and Geographic System Information development, using agile methods (Scrum) to manage their implementation.I acted on GIS development solutions, using C# .NET as a backend programming language, Javascript, Jquery, and GeoMedia WebMap API as frontend.I took part in the automated deploy development solution that brought many gains to the development team due to the fast way of deploying multiple systems at once. It is important to highlight the fact that this implementation minimized the time spent on the deploying process and gave us more time to focus on complex stuff.I made a course with Hexagon Austria instructors about technical stuff, increasing the knowledge of Systems developed by them. It also was a great opportunity to improve my English skills. This training enabled me to teach those stuff to my teammates and users.

I was responsible for the requirements analysis, data modeling, and software development, integrating both Industrial automation systems and Transactional systems.I acted as a software developer, building industrial automation software, using .NET C# to implement the transactional systems.I took part in the development of real-time software where its availability must be 98% of the time. This system was developed to control the coal supply logistics to the blast furnace of the Brazilian national steel company.
