Key projects included:Salvaged a failed implementation of a Global TV Distribution system and avoided a very costly write-off for the company;Upgraded the SAP R/3 system to version 6.0 and simultaneously completed the conversion to Unicode. This was one of the largest SAP upgrades and Unicode conversions in the country.Worked with senior business executives from Treasury, ABC, Cable Networks Group and The Disney Studio to determine the disposition of the Disney physical media production library. Collaborated with this diverse group of business executives to establish and implement a formal governance structure to manage the use of the valuable assets in this library.
