Atex is the oldest and largest provider of commercial software to the global media industry, with more than 1,000 customers in 55 countries. Atex solutions are capable of managing all production channels of a media outlet, from the publishing environment to frontend delivery.I started my career as a programmer in the Atex Polopoly framework, based on Java/J2EE technology, I developed customizations in the publishers' flow to deliver content on different platforms and I also made a dozen integrations with API`s from third-party systems.Since 2011, I have visited clients in the five regions of Brazil, for a long time, with emphasis on large channels, such as O Estadão (SP), Organização Jaime Câmara (GO), Correio do Povo (RS), Sistemas Verdes Mares (CE), Grupo Liberal (PA) and Sempre Editora - Jornal O Tempo (MG).At Atex I also worked as a project manager, leading the Atex development teams located at the clients to deliver high risk projects, serving audiences of millions of visitors per month. I also worked with reporters, editors and newsroom directors, reporting directly to CTO and stakeholders.

XPROG was created by me in the city of Porto Alegre (RS), from a working partnership between friends who decided to join their efforts and development skills to share knowledge and to do digital projects, such as websites, systems and mobile applications. One of XPROG's main customers is Grupo Avenida, the largest fashion company in the Center-North region of Brazil. The partnership began in 2017 to improve the company's internal system, SIGA, a real-time strategic management tool.The project's challenge was to consolidate data from different systems and assemble reports that were not performative before. We use big-data maintenance and artificial intelligence creation techniques, as well as Java (Oracle) and Javascript technologies.At XPROG we are also building Prensa Design System, a framework to delivery news media websites in a scalable way, totally orientend to perform well in the main search tools following the best practices demanded by webvitals and other performance tools.

At Thoughtworks, I worked as a Senior Software Consultant alongside clients in global and local markets. I worked with teams in India and China, coding Lenovo Vantage software, distributed by Microsoft in over 100 languages. It required a delivery with a high level of accessibility and usability experience.My main project was in the media market, where I coded with ReactJS, Typescript, TDD and other frameworks at the head of a squad at Telecine, a traditional television channel affiliated with Rede Globo, with a strong presence in Brazil through the streaming of national films by svod and on-demand content.One of TW's most interesting projects that I participated was a software engineering project in the cloud, using AWS Lambda, to count how many projects were using Natds on a recurring basis. Natds is a Design System spread across more than 100 projects at Natura, a mega Brazilian cosmetics company.At Thoughtworks I had many lessons learned and resolved challenges. I supported people's journey and also received a lot of important support for my growth. I am very grateful to have had this experience.

I worked as a Senior Software Developer in a web development team at Claro Brasil, one of the biggest telecommunications companies in Brazil. My journey begins alongside a heavy modernization of the technology stack used in the company, to support a great increase in unique visitors in service channels.The main project that I worked on was the Technical Solutions Guide, which allowed Claro's customers to solve problems with internet signal using a digital channel. I also developed the Fatura Fácil website (fatura-facil.claro.com.br), the first website using Mondrian library, a Design System built specially for Claro Brasil.
