Implementation Manager
Current- Onboard new customers into Adyen’s Platform, managing the implementation as a project since the pre-sales until the ramp-up of new features previously not covered in the scope; - Led cross-functional teams in the implementation of more than 25 new customers to Adyen’s platforms and products;- Implement new products and features inside Adyen’s platform, both for improving customer experience and improving internal business processes;- Providing pre-sales consultancy for potential customers, adapting the conversation for the audience and showing relevant information for cross-function departments;- Provide training for customers on technical subjects such as API integration, security, risk management and financial reports;- Provide technical assistance to customers integrating to Adyen API and troubleshooting issues with their Test and Live environments via phone, web-based tools and email;- Advisor to merchants regarding the best implementation practices and also address specific customer’s issues;- Internal product advocate, tracking product processes and contributing to the platform feeding back feedback and issues from merchants.
