Fernando was leading as project manager an overall investment and industrial expansion in Cordoba Veracruz, responsible for the overall scope, design, planning and construction of 23 individual projects to be execute in three stages. His team performed the expansion since design to startup for distribution centers, services buildings, production areas, storage structures, reconfigurations of current areas, electrical substations, laboratories, and control rooms, in this complicated and exhausted project, Fernando leaded teams formed by Mexicans, Colombians and Brazilians partners and suppliers, nowadays the new roast and ground coffee center is operating and the new sales contracts are started.

Fernando leaded until 2016 his fourth project whit DLPI, “El Molino” in Toluca´s downtown, Malinalco´s theater for the Symphonic Orchestra, the Nobu hotel in Cabo San Lucas and the Cachet Deluxe Hotel, responsible for overall core and shell process of the construction for BOH, basements, towers, restaurants, electrical substations, parking areas and pools, coordination with the project director and clients as general construction superintendent. -Goals and challenges - I believe the main challenge was the construction of the malinalco´s theater, my team was responsible to build the core and shell in just 7 weeks, whit a deadline in the first week of April (restricted by the government elections). Working in 2 turns, 8 contractors in the party, and Electrical, mechanical and civil teams working together day and night, finally we deliver for the inaugural concert at april 9

Collaborated with OEC the last 4 years, Fernando continued worked in the NAICM (New International Airport of the Mexico City) as Project Coordinator, responsible for the overall construction process of vacuum systems in order to improve the consolidation process in clays for the airstrips and main buildings, and commissioning of the vacuum bombs. Leaded an international team of 45 engineers, workers, and subcontractors, reporting directly to the final client, always under ISO standards of security and quality.

On the Miguel Hidalgo Oil Refinery, Fernando collaborated on the construction of the main administration building, foundation platforms, access, and electro/mechanical reconfigurations, there, he leaded a team of 175 employees, between local workers, subcontractor companies and heavy-duty equipment, one of the most important challenges (at the same way form to ETILENO XXI) was the international industrial Quality & security Standards

International challenge in society whit ICA FLUOR, TECHINP FMC & TIPIEL, he performed as project and construction engineer, with 7 different nationalities and 13, 000 workers in total. Fernando leaded together 5 engineers a team of 220 workers, constructing Electrical Substations, Remote instrument buildings, Laboratories, elevated structures, cooling towers and racks,The project won The 2015 DuPont Safety and Sustainability Award-Goals and challenges- Second international experience, hard from the beginning, the border of the languages, cultures and nationalities was important, during the first three months I had to learn Portuguese to can participated in the meetings, after 1 year, “O Brindis” become part of the main team, working fluid in the three different languages, really was a hard work, the mistakes had price, price in dollars. In the construction the main challenge was learning to build under the parameters require by the international petrochemical industry, the labs, substations, and isolations in the equipment’s mostly was design in Italy and France, so we had complication to build whit the local materials under the international standard, Finally the complex is working, and the experience stay wiht us
