GlobeNet (a BTG Pactual portfolio company) was a wholesale telecommunications and Edge Data Center services provider. GlobeNet connected the Americas with subsea connectivity infrastructure, Data Centers, Cloud and Security services. The company was merged with V.Tal in June 2022.Provided strategic analysis and advice to support business growth and shareholder value maximization. Responsible for the global finance function, including FP&A, finance operations (A/P, billing, collections), IR and treasury.Key Achievements:- Established new key performance metrics, driving efficiencies through automation of business processes.- Led SAP S/4 HANA implementation for BPC and BI modules. Level 3 Communications was an American multinational and multi-billion telecommunications company, ultimately acquired by CenturyLink (now named Lumen Technology in US and Cirion in Latam). Level 3 operated a Tier 1 network, providing services in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.Provided strategic management of the finance functions (accounting, A/P, billing, collections, treasury, FP&A, tax and facilities) for legal entities in the USA, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. Its core network delivered services to more than 700 cities in more than 70 countries. On October, 2011 the company was acquired by Level 3.Provided strategic management of the finance functions for legal entities in the USA, Mexico, Central America (Panama and Costa Rica), the Caribbean, Argentina, Brazil and Peru. Managed a team of 20.Key Achievements:- Supported and influenced the business in increasing revenues by 26%.- Improved financial reporting and consolidation process, reducing monthly closing cycle by 2 days.- Smoothly integrated the finance team, streamlined processes and realized synergies following Impsat merger.

Managed the merger and integration of Impsat and Global Crossing entities in Latin America ($0.8B in revenues, 12 countries), including legalities and project management of operational systems migration and integration.Key Achievements:- Designed the approach and implemented the integration of regional systems and processes.- Integrated regional finance teams and systems, enabling former Impsat entities to consolidate financial results in the company’s global operational support systems.- Contributed to assess and realize $70M in post-merger synergies.- Started and managed Compliance Department to track and ensure adherence to corporate policies, including compliance with FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) and Code of Ethics.

IMPSAT Fiber Networks (IMPT) was a telecommunications company that provided integrated broadband, data, Internet, voice, and data center services in Latin America and the Caribbean. On May, 2007 the company was acquired by Global Crossing.Directed the FP&A department, providing strategic analysis and advice to senior management, performing and overseeing: P&L, Balance Sheet and KPIs analysis; preparation and control of budget, forecasts and business plans; analysis of investment projects; market and competitor benchmark; cost, price and feasibility analysis of new products and non-standard sales. Partner with the business to achieve financial performance goals. Oversaw both the Legal and Facilities departments.Key Achievements:- Improved financial reporting and forecasting accuracy.- Designed and implemented Revenue Assurance and Margin Assurance reports and processes. - Developed tools and training to empower the sales support team to perform the calculation of selling price for non-standard sales / projects using cash flow analysis.- Managed due diligence processes as buy-side and sell-side.- Built and implemented tools that reduced the time to formalize contracts and start service delivery.- Implemented strong internal controls, reports and procedures that led to significant expenses reduction.- Created, structured and managed the Contracts Administration department at Impsat Brazil.
