My main responsibility is to lead Local Project Managers to deliver Capacity enhancement solutions (Power7, Power8, System X, V7000 and XIV Storage) throughout 11 IBM Cloud Delivery Centers distributed in countries such as Canada, United States, Australia, Japan, China, France, Germany, Switzerland and Brazil.Deployed more than 20 capacity enhancement projects involving more than 10 million dollars of capital in several IBM DCs around the world.Managed successfully one critical project for customer Walgreens in United States,deploying all CMS Infrastructure (Power8 servers, Network, Storage) to support customer business on time, on budget and with the quality expected by the customer.
