As an industrial engineer, I worked directly in the area of cutting and assembling fuel pumps. I developed and implemented production processes, as well as new technologies, aiming for continuous improvement and obtaining high quality final products. I developed extensive knowledge in industrial management, focused on operational efficiency and product quality, as well as technical skills in technical design, process analysis and problem solving.- Development of processes and production, including layout changes, sizing of labor, materials and inputs;- Development and implementation of new projects in various areas, applying the Lean Manufacturing philosophy;- People management, including defining actions to improve team performance;- Technical drawing in SolidWorks to create assembly devices;- Implementation of new equipment in the production line, considering environmental, safety and ergonomic impacts;- Monitoring and measuring processes, measuring indicators and reducing costs, such as reducing the cost of producing sheet metal parts;- Management of corrective actions with production teams and suppliers;- Inspection of non-conformities and initiation of corrective actions, checking the quality of products and processes.
