I head the IT department when I proposed an IT governance policy aligned with best practices and regulatory control agency (TCU). I also proposed a regimental restructuring, organizing the IT dapartament by specialized cells in the business of ministry.

I managed a team responsible for the contract of the Finance Department of the City of São Paulo, covering activities of redesign of processes, personnel training, systems development and implementation of a technological solution for the "New Service Square" project to provide services from the Finance Department to the population

I planned and implemented a new technology platform with a low Total Cost Ownership (TCO), in order to replace the existing platform, which had a high cost of hosting, contributing to the reduction of costs of the company, generating savings of R$ 300 thousand / year in DataCenter costs.

I coordinated the implementation of a BI (Business Intelligence) project for the HR area of SEBRAE-PR, contributing to the consolidation and expansion of Commit Consultores in the Southern region of Brazil.

I technically led the Competency Performance Evaluation project, part of the Strategic Compensation program of Banco Nossa Caixa. I trained multiplier teams of the system, supervised the implementation of the pilot project, made systemic adjustments and implanted the definitive solution in the Institution, with 96% of the 11 thousand employees joining the proposed Web tool.

I structured the internal systems development and support team, retaining knowledge and expertise in the company, through the establishment of internal processes and methodologies, in order to operationalize the supply chain integration of civil construction industries in Brazil with more than 100 retailers.

I have recruited and structured a team of 10 professionals among analysts, programmers and designers, establishing work methodology and monitoring projects, for the development of portals and e-commerce applications in the Civil Construction, Medical and Logistics segments.
