• Project – Lake Charles LNG Export Facility (Shell). Coordinated the development of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), metrics, and the definitions package for the Project Performance Management Plan to be used on the EPC phase. Supported onboarding efforts and the development of CTR's for staffing purposes and created different reports in Power BI for data analysis. Supported the efforts for controlling costs and schedule, earned value management, management of change, action items, and interface with other disciplines within the project to coordinate work through various stages • Project – Aramco Marjan Increment Project (Saudi Aramco). Coordination and ongoing revisions for flow assurance reports for the offshore platform and subsea division in order to issue all documents up to Saudi Aramco standards and requirements.• Project – Southern Area Gas Compression (Saudi Aramco). Coordination of final flow assurance report revisions to ensure all documents were issued on time and up to quality standards in order to meet client requirements.• Project – EIIJ Pipeline Feasibility Study Report. Coordinated work to create reports to be issued to the client. Interfacing with Nigeria’s Oando management and the USTDA office in Washington to get everything aligned for final submittal, invoicing, and payment.• Project – Refinería del Pacífico (Ecuador) - Project Management Consultant (PMC) manager for a team overseeing the detail design and construction of an EPC project consisted of a pump station and a 93-kilometer 48-inch diameter pipeline in support of a 300,000 barrel-per-day greenfield refinery near the city of Manta, Ecuador. Responsibilities included client interface management, contract management, and owner’s cost issues. Total project value: $300 million USD.

• Project – Refinería del Pacífico. Engineering project manager as Project Management Consultant (PMC) overseeing a detailed engineering team for the design/review of a pump station and a 93 kilometer 48-inch diameter pipeline in support of a 300,000 barrel-per-day greenfield refinery near the city of Manta, Ecuador. Responsibilities included understanding of local standards and regulations, client management, management of budgets, schedules, high-quality deliverables, cost and project status reporting, leadership and team development, and communications and presentations.• Project – Refinería del Pacífico. Assist the Project Manager in the operational delivery of the project with specific responsibility for ensuring the project is being controlled tightly against the contracted budget and schedule. -Assist the Project Manager in reviewing project communications and identifying key issues requiring action/response. -Regular reporting of project status to clients and Project Manager. -Review and finalization of project procedures in consultation with key project personnel. -Responsible for liaising with the Cost Controller and Scheduler to provide a weekly analysis of project status.

• Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents for infrastructure projects to prepare time, material and labor cost estimates for bidding packages on projects worth $500K to $8MM.• Manage, coordinate construction activities, prepare budget and cost control analyses for a project with the Port of Houston Authority. Project will be finished with no scope creeps, on time, and under budget with 100% customer satisfaction.

• Created procedures for the Marketing Communication Guide to be implemented nation-wide for promotional campaigns. I reduced HQ’s response time to address merchandise related issues by 20%.• Responsible for the analysis and sales forecast of all the domestic stores. I established trends and analyzed markets where the company should launch new products to test them and evaluate their behavior.

• Streamline the process of preparing preliminary estimates for planning purposes and detailed itemized estimates based on final plans and specifications. • Develop relationship with government agencies, engineering firms and subcontracting companies to generate leads for upcoming projects to be published for bid.• Research, evaluate, and solicit bid proposals to at least 10 subcontractors per project based on price, quality, selection, service, and support. • Negotiate final prices, make purchase orders and coordinate deliverables with vendors involved in the project development.

• Managed scope, budget, and schedule for infrastructure projects in the Transportation Capital Improvement Program. I managed 13 projects during my time with the City.• Streamlined the process for the Development Plan Review Team (DPRT) for the Transportation Department. I improved by 50% the response time of the Transportation Department with its internal and external clients. Responsibilities included supervising support staff and junior level engineers, coordination with other City departments, consultants, contractors, other governmental agencies, developers, and utility companies. • Assisted with contract procurement process; assisted with preparation of request for proposals and bid packages; reviewed and supervised work of contracted engineering firms. I improved the consultant selection process bringing 20% savings to the department. • I initiated the planning process and got the approval of the first roundabout project to be built in Roswell, GA.

• Managed City’s infrastructure construction projects, including the administration and enforcement of EPA regulations. I had a permanent load of 6 to 8 projects per month.• Responsible for compliance of projects with all federal, state and local ordinances, statutes, regulations and laws.• Managed the traffic signal retiming project that improved the mobility throughout the city bringing money and time savings for the City and its citizens. • Increased the consultant pool by 15% to achieve better rates, therefore, savings for the City. • Streamlined the procedures for Best Management Practices for the Engineering department.• Led the effort to have the City included in the Cities for Climate Protection program.

• Performed marketing management duties, covering topics such as production, sales, account management, and building of new customer base. I increased the customer base within the hardware store segment by 15%.• I opened the general contractors account to cover a broader customer base. During the first year of operation this accounted for 22% of the total sales of the branch office.• Designed the warehouse layouts in order to support the new cross-dock and Just-In-Time initiatives, according to the operation volume, geographical location, and demand fluctuations. This new layout brought savings to the delivery costs in the order of 35%.
