Nokia Cloud Core VoLTE, IMS and Subscriber Data Management Solution Sales Specialist. Helped close a multi-year end-to-end full MVNO solution agreement with Altice-USA. The solution included over 22 Nokia network elements deployed on an Open Stack based cloud infrastructure. The solution utilizes a facilities based S8 home routing MVNO model utilizing Altice owned subscriber data management and core IMS solution, while utilizing Sprint and AT&T radio access network. The solution provides voice and SMS over 2G, 3G and LTE, as well as Wi-Fi. The extensive Altice Wi-Fi network enables significant off-load for data. The solution supports over four (4) million subscribers including fixed voice over Altice Cable network.

Helped Siemens Carrier Networks penetrate the Independent Operating Company (IOC) softswitch market in the early years of VoIP deployments. Successfully grew the business within four assigned territories in the Department of Defense (DoD) region. I was one of the first account managers to sell then N.E.T.'s Promina next generation switching solution to the Department of Defense. I consistently exceeded sales targets and recognized to the Summit Club 2 of the 4 years in the position. Prior to becoming an account manager, I served as a Systems Engineer providing technical sales support to the DISA Secure Voice, Joint Operations, Medical, and Space/satellite regions. These territories required solid technical skills and in-depth knowledge of some of the unique encryption and low bandwidth networking requirements. As recognition of my exellent customer relationship management skills as well as my ability to anticipate and understand my customer's requirements, I was promoted to account manager.
