Graduated in Materials Engineering from UFRJ, MSc and MBA, and has 35 years of professional experience. I began my career at Embraer, acting as responsible for development of new materials and special processes. At Akaer, I worked as a senior engineer in projects for various sectors such as: Aeronautics, Automotive, Space, Capital Goods, Consumer Goods, O&G and Defense. I have accumulated extensive experience in product development with emphasis on structures and systems; always using a wide range of simulation tools, CAX, in multidisciplinary problem solving and analysis. During this period, I also worked with several types of materials, production, assembly and integration processes, and tests (laboratory and field). I acted as program manager commanding multidisciplinary teams in more than 10 aeronautical and space programs in Brazil and abroad, totaling over 6 million engineering hours. Since 2002, I have been responsible for quality, configuration and planning. I also have been responsible for the development and implementation of the integrated management system including ERP, PLM, BPM, CRM and MES. Since 2012, I act as COO of the Akaer group, being responsible for a team of more than 350 engineers and technicians in several areas such as Structures, Systems, Manufacturing, Industrialization, Tooling, Automation, Quality, Configuration, and ICT. Responsible for the implementation of the R&D+I, managing a team of more than 70 researchers and 15 projects involving partnerships with universities, research centers and several collaborate companies. More than 50 articles published in congresses and scientific journals. Extensive experience in international programs, more than 100 travels, leading teams simultaneously in various projects and countries. Professional experience in more than 20 countries in the AS&D market.
