Senior Revenue Operations Analyst
Current- Running SQL queries and other intake processes for critical data sources used in Sales Compensation, collaborating with Product, Partnerships, HR, and Sales Operations teams.- Structuring and automating data-driven processes using scripts and other tools to enhance efficiency.- Designing new process flows or significantly improve existing ones to optimize for accuracy and scalability.- Enhancing the administrative functions in our Sales commissions processing software, leading the calculation of commissions attainment for hundreds of quota-carriers each month.- Conducting in-depth analysis of Sales performance, including quota attainment and commissions payouts, to inform strategic business decisions.- Providing support for various ad-hoc compensation and analytical tasks as needed.
