In hindsight, I am a "product/solution developer" at heart. For several years I have been working on different jobs and disciplines around Telco, ranging from extremely technical to managerial. And throughout that journey, the underlying goal remained: To design and deliver products and solutions that solve concrete problems of real people in the most elegant possible way. My goal is to have a positive impact in the product or solution I work on. I strive to be right in the middle of the action, I want the responsibility, the pain, the effort, as well as the feeling of success and achievement. I am passionate about problem solving, critical thinking and engaging with people. Generating synergy and delivering value are paramount to me. I love every aspect of designing and developing meaningful products and solutions, from product inception, business proposition, user research, service design, visual design, analytics to customer support. Deeply caring for CX and UX have been a constant throughout my career, even through very technical roles. My other passions involve optimization of ways of working, work methodologies, and (again) people. But maybe the things from which I get the biggest kick, are sharing, teaching and helping/enabling others. In everything I do, I strive to do it efficiently and with professionalism. My original background is telco R&D and electronic engineering, but I morphed towards product development, CX/UX and Service Design.
