I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with the goal of becoming a full-stack developer. I consider myself a proactive, solution-oriented person who is guided by first principles and the fundamentals of computer science. I want to work with dynamic teams on innovative solutions that advance technology and increase productivity while making a positive impact on the world.I'm currently a member of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro's award-winning Aerospace Research Group (Grupo de Pesquisas Aeroespaciais / UFRJ), where I work on embedded systems development for nanosatellites (CubeSats). I work both on the software side, writing low-level code for microcontrollers and microcomputers, and on the hardware/electronics side of nanosatellite development.I also collaborate with another team of undergraduates at Caronaê as a web developer, where I use JavaScript and React.js to create the new website for a ridesharing app that connects students and staff at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. I work with an excellent team of developers, designers, and testers, following agile methodologies and best practices.Outside of tech, I have a passion for music. I am a performer and have taught music for many years. Music was the focus of my first undergraduate and graduate degrees. I have a master's degree in music pedagogy from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a licentiate degree in music from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro. After my master's conclusion I've had the pleasure of teaching double bass, ear training, and music theory for two years at Espaço Cultural Da Grota, a non-profit cultural center that offers free music education to low-income communities.
