• Define and implement the start-up strategy of Zenith equipment in those markets;• Develop the project of setting up a subsidiary company in Sao Paulo, as future headquarter for all of South America;• Developed studies and projects of complete mining plants for mining;• Design of new projects or complete plants and optimization of existing plants;• Processing orders for equipment and undertake the monitoring since the start of production of these equipment’s in China to the delivery on time scheduled;• Making all the export/import arrangements from factory in China to port in Brazil, in terms of logistics and documents.• Creating the payment time line, guarantying the effective payment of the equipment’s.• Conduct monitoring of the equipment installation, with own or subcontracted personnel, to the full start-up and operation of the facility;• Solving all the issues after sale and arranging the necessary post-sales assistance;• Responsible for all the marketing and fairs participation schedule.In 2 years, this market was the most profitable market for the company due to a strategy created by myself of "overprice to become credible".Created a network of re-sellers attending all country and post-sales assistance with no more than 24hours from the call to the technician being in site.

In this position created the procedure manual for the company, with flowchart of documents and organogram definition.From august 2011 to July 2012 cumulative position with General Operations Manager for South America in Zenith Mining and Construction Ltd.Before of august 2011 as consultant worked in the start-up of the company in terms of documentation, registry on the government entities and in Brazil Central Bank.
