I have over 19 years experience as a Senior Market Manager and Contracts Manager in negotiation with hotels. I have worked in international tour operators such as Kuoni and Gulliver Travel Associates My successes have been recognized increasing sales in the geographical areas of Spain and for all types of hotels both city and beach.During this time I managed to get exclusive agreements with the best rates in major cities like Madrid or Barcelona. Part of my success was due to the construction of strong relationships with major hotel chains and independent hotels. I led production increasing every year from 3% to 10%. I developed the first successful negotiations in beach destinations where these companies had no presence.My teammates know me as a highly committed and focused on the goals of the company in the ever can be trusted to reach a new challenge. But I know the customer's business is first and never try to impose my ideas to others. I spend a long time to understand the business and to be well informed before suggesting ideas. I can work well alone, but I feel better if I do it in collaboration with others.I have a Master in Business Communication and I am graduated in Tourism with English and French.I have just finished a Master in Marketing and Digital Communication at IMF business school and Camilo José Cela University in Madrid..
