Team leader of the development group. Development of new ATM’s service products and ISO8583 certifications in a Tandem B24 environment. In was in charge of load modifications for Diebold and NCR ATM’s for Red ATH clients in Puerto Rico, Costa Rica and Dominican Republic. Responsible for daily operations of a five Alpha server system. Performed system backups. Assisted the supervisor in the development, documentation and implementation of operational procedures. Handled DCL in the development of command procedures for the atomization of important tasks. Implemented the Digital Capacity Planning package, which helps resolve system performance issues. Responsible of the performance analysis reports. Assisted the supervisor in some of the supervision aspects, which includes the follow up of pending tasks; transmit instructions to my coworkers and the elaboration of special reports. Optimized the logs verification processes previously placed by merging all of the logs into an Access database.
