Reporting in a centralized logic directly to the Director of Product Marketing and Vice-President of the unit, to prepare the analysis of the activities, implementing the structuring and business developments from various Vendors at the central level of purchases and marketing with the objective of deploying, developing and supporting the growth throughout the 16 European subsidiaries of Tech Data in Europe Main activities related to the function:* Study of Vendor viability and Setup - Analysis of Market Share; Total addressable market; determination Goals - the establishment of P&L analysis and annual planning.* Analysis of contracts on a business and operational perspectives – Cooperation with the areas of Legal and Compliance as well as financial in order to determine final business set up and its fine tune* To identify and relate the cost elements and variables associated with Vendors as well as the determination of analysis such as ROI and ROCE* Development of communication and channel plans/activities, oriented to product managers for implementation, development and monitoring of brands/vendors in countries.* Definition and follow up with the vendors of business targets and objectives* Monitoring of the main KPI business for the Vendors included in the annual plan.

Key Role and Responsabilities:Responsabilities within the restructure, organisation, function and strategy of the Business Core Unit.- According to the Board decision – assessment and organizational restructure of the Unit Business Areas • Attribution of field scopes; skills evaluation, profile definition, responsibilities and assignments of all teams and positions• Re-assessment and reporting definition along with decision process and operation • Budget framework of fields and activities • Evaluation and definition of the functional alignment plan between business areas - Business Areas under the Unit Department Coordination: Marketing and Education; Procurement; Sales; Engineering and Development; Functional Support; Industrial Engineering; International Support Service and Foreign Trade.- Management of the Heads of Business Area and Coordinators Team.Determination, planning, prioritisation and follow-up of activities and projects within the Unit. Assessment of individual activities and performances of the Unit Staff. - Involvement in several projects: Bolívia; Argentina; México; Panamá; Peru, among others, strictly based on “Fulfilment” or even “Turnkey” solutions.

Key Role and responsabilities:Fully responsible for defining, introducing and developing a Supply Chain Management: - Evaluation and redefinition of process and methods in Logistics activities and International Trade - Determining variable costing in activities, products and raw-material aimed at EBITDA consumption - Development of Client Service Area, process preparation and data integration- Systematic use, recast and negotiation of supply bidders – contracts and brokerage in insurance and logistics services.- Assessment, planning and operational development: Scopes - national; intra-community and exportation – considering costs; risks; fiscal framework and INCOTERMS framework- Evaluation, determination of international operation impact and execution based on documentary tools – Letter of Credit, Document Deliveries, etc.- Organic settlement of tasks and responsibilities, purposes and KPI´s in the department structure. - Design and development of welcome plans for new employees. - Involvement in the implementation of new Management Tools – ERP and WMS - Analysis of export operation in a triangular basis: Asia; Europe and Central and South America.-Involvement in defining company’s policies as regards purchases, supplier’s relationship; data.
