Mining contractor company with a turnover of US $ 40 million per year, mainly focus on the construction of leach heaps, platforms and roads for large-scale mining (Escondida, Gaby, Lomas Bayas among others).Responsible over perssonnel hiring and qualification for mining projects, of an average of 300 people a year distributed in 3 simultaneous and geographically distant job sites.Responsible over a fleet of 150 own and lease earthmoving equipment for the development of construction jobs, The equipment department served as an internal rental with sales average of one million dollar per month. responsible of spare parts purchasing department, whith constant negotiation with local and foreign suppliers, establishing purchase programs, consignments and credit levels to maximize the financial operations results. Implementation of purchasing module, on available ERP, to improve and optimization of spare parts purchase.

Responsible for two production plants for gas control products, for both local and export markets, responsible over 3 supervisors and 150 operators. Annual net sale US $ 10,000,000. Direct report to the General Manager. Main responsabilities Production planning, coordination and control for 8 production lines, including alluminum and zamac injection, brass forging presses, trasnfer machining equipment, assembly and testing processes.Main goals:• Stabilization and increase in production levels by 10%.• Decrease in maintenance expenses by 30% (US $ 20,000 per month)
