- Journalist, postgraduate in Business Communication and MBA in Business Administration with emphasis on Management;- Fluent English and international experience;- Fifteen years of experience in the area of communication acquired in multinationals in the mining, steel and cellulose segments;- Broad knowledge of projects, working from the beginning to the conclusion of a greenfield project in the management of the Institutional Communication area;- Structuring the entire Institutional Communication area of the company, including the creation of the company's brand and visual identity;- Building relationships with public and private institutions, partners and local communities;- Planning and analysis of communication strategies for internal and external audiences;- Active participation in company transition, responsible for the entire process of internal and external communication, institutionalization of the new brand (Branding), restructuring of communication channels and creation of visual identity.- Social media management and responsible for press relations- Coordination of internal and external communication vehicles;- Reception of institutional visits (Shareholders, Press, Communities and Families);- Organization of large institutional events and fairs.
