Implementation of Cutting Tools Assembly Centre, where the main responsabilities are:- Cutting Tools Assembly and Management;- Implementation of KPI;- Stocks Management;- Supply Chain Development;- Purchasing;- Cutting oils Management.Development of an application (MRP type) for the management of cutting tool stocks.This allowed for a reduction in stock costs and increased of stock flow.

Preparation of responses to quotation requests for parts manufacturing and tooling.-Tooling Design & Equipment Specification Coordination of a team of 1 engineer, 3 tooling designers and 1 methods technician.Tooling design and drawing in CAD system.Tooling try-out and prototypes manufacturing follow-up, to applying the best practice in the future designs.Elaboration of technical specifications for the tooling subcontracting and equipment acquisition.

Management of manufacturing shops, including machining, sheet metal and welding with the coordination of a team of 3 engineers and 65 technicians:-Elaboration of aeronautical parts manufacturing routes. -Elaboration of specification for CNC machine acquisition.-Aircraft transport jigs design. -Provide the qualification requirements to the supplier subcontracting sector.-Verification of the dimensional analysis report, regarding deviations found.
