As the leader of the A&A Audit Practice, I am responsible for accelerating the implementation of Analytics and Automation processes in Audit and Process Improvement projects. I designed-managed the structure, roles, methodologies, processes, frameworks, procedures, systems, software, and data used in the practice to deliver valuable results for the company.I originated and conducted the Annual Risk Analysis and co-defined the objectives and deliverables for the Internal Audit Annual Plan. I approached the processes and assigned projects with a focus on Process Improvement, Efficiency, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Fraud, Compliance, etc.In addition to leading the assigned team, I provided coaching and development opportunities. I also monitored key performance indicators and engaged in administrative tasks, as well as developing strategic network connections.I applied critical thinking and analytics to oversee and supervise the Internal Audit Analytics, Automation, and Continuous Audit practice across 5 different industries.ETL processes, data mining, and descriptive and predictive models were established. Application of visualization and story-telling techniques to create Dashboards. Ingestion of large amounts of DATA and data cleansing and standardization processes. DATA quality improvement.Application of agile methodologies. Use of different software/languages such as SQL, Java, Python, R, and Power BI, among others. The CRISP-DM process was taken as an application framework. Insights of value that drove improvements, efficiency, and transformation of processes in CMI, for different areas/processes such as Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, Sales, SIOP, S&OP, Demand Planning, Budgets, Forecasting, Go to Market for B2b and B2C models, Logistics and Distribution, etc.Projects may include 45 people assigned (depending on the scope/timing).

These projects are driven from different perspectives like Consulting, Assurance & Analytics. The projects includes different areas: Manufacturing, Processes, livestock production, compliance, operations and finance. Oversee with the assigned team the building a strong relationship and communication as well as an understanding of how to bring value within a complex organization.Main targets: Process improvement, risk mitigation, operational and finance efficiency.
