CurrentDeveloped the only bi-oceanic Free Trade Zone in Argentina. Located in Zapala - Neuquen Province, at 150 km away from the world's second largest shale gas reserve and the fourth shale oil reserve, surrounded by a major mining and agro-industry belt, with multimodal access by railway (entering the premises), airport at five minutes drive, literally on one of the major country roads, deep water ports, and less than 80 km away from the Chilena frontier. It is a major logistics hub for Patagonia, Latin America Southern Cone region and the rest of the world, contributing to secure the final mile to reach the end customer w-wide. It is also a major tool to bring down operational and logistics costs for Oil Companies located in Vaca Muerta basin, with a total 250 ha of land and the possibility to storage, manufacture and process goods. Basic services such as gas, electricity, water and communications are subsidized ( supplied free of taxes), all civil construction materials and hardware acquired to be used into Zona Franca Zapala premises are tax free. Neuquen Provincial Government and Zapala County administration issued a special package of tax benefits for those companies established in our premises that add up to the already mentioned subsidies.
