- I led and improved operational activities in two sites, Rio Maior and Aveiro, promoted a culture of safety, defined budgets, implemented regional KPIs and “performance dialogue”, carried out operational activities within budget and maintaining and enhancing excellent performing processes. I was also responsible for defining the overall staff needs of the cluster operations organization, developing the operational talent, competence and career progression of staff within the cluster.- As leader of the cluster restructuring project, I led the processes improvement and automatization, reorganizing teams, training and developing employees, which allowed a reduction of around 25% the number of operations FTE.- I led the process of reducing energy consumption and improving efficiency based on operator training, process simplification and rationalization, resulting in a reduction in energy consumption of 9% and an increase in efficiency of 12%.- I developed and implemented several projects to improve safety conditions, with emphasis on a new traffic plan, separating people, moving machinery and vehicles.

Coca-Cola Bottling Luanda produce and distribute Coca-Cola, soft drinks and beers, operating in the Angolan market, was, at the time, part of the SABMiller Group, one of the largest brewers in the world and the largest bottler of Coca-Cola products in Africa.- Commissioning and start-up of a new plant in Luanda Norte as packaging maintenance manager, being responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and risk-free working environment, managing and training the maintenance team, optimizing the availability of equipment, optimizing the process performance, manage maintenance costs and Capex (projects) of the filling area. I took on full management of the packaging area (maintenance, production and quality) whenever requested.

Tovim Batista is a company dedicated to deliver services within the scope of the design, supply, assembly and maintenance of automatic fire detection and extinguishing installations and systems, in accordance with the strictest international rules, namely NFPA and FM.- I was responsible for fire protection systems design, sales and installation.- Main clients where I carried out projects: HEINEKEN (Central de Cervejas), BOSCH, SCHENKER, ROBBIALAC, PSA, among others.
