Acting as Product Manager (PM) at Sebrae PR, where I was in charge of 3 platforms, namely:Meu Sebrae Application (http://sebraepr.com.br/meusebrae)- Led the transition from the legacy platform that operated with event-specific features to a new Sebrae PR service channel, which brings together content, digital services and connection with Sebrae solutions.- Formation of the work team, definition of roles, interview, hiring and training.- Planning and definition of the APP's performance strategy, research and discovery of functionalities, creation of the roadmap, implementation of Scrum for operational management, definition of indicators and monitoring panel.Sebrae PR website (http://sebraepr.com.br/)- Led the creation of the new website and technology change. The Sebrae PR website gathers information on all the solutions offered to Sebrae PR and serves different audiences of individuals, MEIs, Micro Companies and Small Companies.- Formation of the work team, definition of roles, interview, hiring and training.- Planning and definition of the Site's performance strategy, creation of the roadmap, implementation of Scrum for operational management, definition of indicators and monitoring panel.Sebrae PR Virtual Store (http://sebraepr.com.br/loja)- Loja Sebrae is Sebrae PR's virtual store, where courses, events and lectures are available for registration, considering free and paid products.- I worked with demand management with the software factory that maintains the virtual store.- Definition of the action strategy, operational management and monitoring.During this period, I also acted as leader of the Sebrae PR customer management platform, ensuring the evolution and maintenance of the system with the development teams, and creating actions integrated with the Digital Channels for the omnichannel strategy.I also conducted OKRs training and mentoring for the internal team and clients.

Acting as project manager for digital platforms at Sebrae PR, where I carried out research to discover customer interests, prototyping platforms, contracting a software factory for the development of the initial version (MVP), validation and tests with the market, alignment of improvements , development of definitive platforms and monitoring of indicators.The platforms I worked on were: Sebrae Compare-se (http://sebraepr.com.br/comparese)- Website designed to help micro and small entrepreneurs benchmark and compare themselves to other companies in the same sector, size, operating segment and location, through business indicators such as Revenue, Profitability, Taxes paid and general expenses. The transacted data was anonymous, ensuring the privacy of each company.Sebrae Preço Fácil (http://sebraepr.com.br/precofacil)- Digital service to help micro and small entrepreneurs price products and services in a simple way.During this period I also acted as a trainer and mentor of the OKRs methodology for Sebrae PR's Startup programs.And I was director of the Sebrae Award - High Performance Companies, where I developed the selection, evaluation and award methodology, and carried out the organization and management of the Award event.
