I have managed the project of “Camino Real” since the first approaches. Developing the land, house developing and building a shopping mall as the supervisor of costs and timing of the whole project. Today the first area is open to public. I manage the conduct of the Shopping Camino Real, which has been opened to the public since March 2013. The following milestones are to be remarked.1. House developing project of Sector SUP-TO-1 with 50 Ha and a 60 MM€ budget.2. House developing project of Sector SUE-6 with 6 Ha and a 6 MM€ budget.3. Shopping mall Parque Comercial Camino Real at San Fernando de Henares, building that counts with 28.000 square meters of SBA and a 18 MM€ budget.More than 200 people have been working on this Project . The following institutions are the ones who have mainly intervened. City Hall of San Fernando de Henares, Community of Madrid , Roads Demarcation of the State in Madrid , Dirección General de Carreteras del Ministerio de Fomento, Canal de Isabel II, Confederación Hidrográfica del Tajo, Iberdrola, Gas Natural, Telefónica, Red Eléctrica Española, Enagás, Adif.

Tracking and quality control, cost and timing of the promoter. With a team of more than 10 people under my control, developing projects from the license obtaining to giving the final project to the client. Main projects developed:1. House developing, hotel and golf course as well as 2000 houses in Sabiñánigo (Huesca). With a total budget over 100 million euros.2. Four office towers at Méndez Álvaro (Madrid), with more than 40.000 m2 y and a 100 million euro budget.3. Residential projects in Barcelona, Alicante, Aragón, Madrid y Andalucía.

With more than 10 people under my control. Main projects developed: 1. Urban Action in San Agustin de Guadalix, 406 homes, with a total investment of Riofisa of 50 million euros. 2. Housing development in Orihuela, 300 Ha, golf course of 27 golf holes. Investment of 40 million euros , client GPM. 3. Property development in Madrid (adding up a total of 1000 houses), client Ferrovial Inmobiliaria.4. Housing development of La Heredia de Montemayor with a golf course and commercial area, as well as 300 luxury buildings. Client: La Perla Living.5. Housing development Bahía, 51 luxury buildings. Client La Perla Living 6. Project implementation Shopping mall Málaga Nostrum . With 40.000 square meters at Málaga for APEX real-estate.7. Proyect implementation shopping mall Málaga Factory – With 30.000 square meters in Málaga for APEX real-estate.
