Platform Portfolio Management• Worked on the Phase Out project for EMEA and Americas, overseeing the identification of 50+ plant-component combinations and coordinating meetings with key stakeholders.• Developed a Tableau Dashboard for identifying substitute components, enhancing efficiency through the creation of "Phase Out Clusters" for streamlined processing.• Implemented a KPI tracking system using Tableau, Access, SQL and VBA for the Phase Out Project, monitoring progress against set timelines.• Utilized Tableau and Excel to forecast technology demand for 16 plants over a five-year period.• Developed Python scripts for component transition scenarios across 16 plants, enhancing forecasting capabilities and simplifying plant operations.• Contributed to the Global Scrap IV project, using Power BI to generate benchmark reports and identify high-waste articles, deriving actionable business insights.• Managed Release Notes and Experimental Tire Orders within Continental's ERP systems, performing tire tests and collaborating with Tire Developers.

As part of the programme with Mexican partners, students studying the natural sciences and engineering spend one year in Germany (one semester at a German university followed by an industrial internship of 4 to 6 months). The aim of this cooperation is to offer Mexican engineering students the opportunity to broaden both their academic and personal horizons with a one-year study and work visit to Germany.

• Leading a team of 21 members creating a harmonic and efficient environment within the club.• Created the first student-consulting program in Mexico in collaboration with Sintec Consulting called CAI (Consultoria de Alto Impacto), where students give consultant services to SME and organizations with support of Sintec Analysts. • Coordinated the biggest consulting event in Mexico called “Consulting Week” on hybrid format with the participation of 25 Consulting Firms and over 8000 students assistants across all the sessions.• Executed the rebranding of the club (logo, identity, brandbook, values, etc.) increasing the number of followers on the Instagram account (+900 followers) and obtaining 400 new followers in LinkedIn.• Formalized the club’s structure by establishing a community of +400 people interested in consulting, 75 recruited members and 21 students on the management team. • Developed the TCC Members program with consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, and Bain, as well as establishing a membership model earning $46,000 MXN for the club’s semester budget.• Planned and executed the first ever Case Competition organized by students in Mexico, having Fomento Económico Mexico (Second largest company in Mexico) as the case company and a participation of +40 teams (168 multidisciplinary students).

Peer Career Advisor (On-Campus Intern) • Advised over 350 students with strategic CV, LinkedIn and Job Bank counseling increasing the employability rate of Monterrey’s Campus.• Developed a website for the Talent Development department where students who are eligible for graduation (+2000 students) can use all the resources CVDP has to offer for job applications.• Analyzed student data bases using Python and Excel to find opportunity areas and create strategies.

• One of 86 undergraduate students in North America selected for a competitive five-month data science apprenticeship involving small and large group projects, one-on-one mentorship opportunities, peer networking and technical workshops.• Explored, analyzed, and aggregated large data sets from Netflix database utilizing SQL and Python to provide actionable information, and create intuitive visualizations to convey those results to Data Scientists at Oculus and Instagram.• Designed informative experiments considering statistical significance, sources of bias, target populations and potential for positive results.• Presented a data-driven product pitch, which included data visualizations, business strategy, and recommendations to active Meta Data Scientist and Data Engineers.
