-Manage an end-to-end recruiting process (review applicants, sourcing, screening, scheduling technical stages, offer, onboarding process, etc).-Build a pipeline with strong candidates according to the job requirements. (LinkedIn Recruiter, Green House, and Github).-Daily contact with Hiring Managers and stakeholders (English and Spanish)-Working on a multidisciplinary and distributed team, which is conformed of people from LatAm and the United States-Build a hub for my team where collect all the relevant information about our daily tasks. It'll be used as a handbook for future teammate's onboardings. To make it possible I've used different technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Github. -I've been one of the referents on the onboarding of new recruiters to the team, guiding them in all of the relevant stages. Before that, I had managed the onboarding of new sourcers teaching them.-Work close with the employer branding team, with the objective to improve the brand and discuss on where we're going to focus in the coming months and the goals we'll achieve.-Create a committee with other teammates that focuses on our processes and metrics. As Recruiter, we believe is important to keep updated on the flow of candidates and all the information that could be involved. That could give to us the possibility to get automatic reports.

-Analyse project requirements. -Search best talents according to the job posting, with LinkedIn Recruiter -Schedule interviews with candidates. -Follow the candidate process. Also, I participated in a marketing project. I had to investigate all Universities in Latin America with the objective to find future talents. Tools: Google Hire, Lever, Slack, Google Drive, LinkedIn Live and LinkedIn Corporate (Boolean search).
