PhD thesis on the biodiversity, ecology and biogeography on testate amoebae in athalassohaline environments

-Lead and participate in beach night patrols, checking for nesting turtles and measuring them,counting eggs, tagging, doing body check and triangulating the nests. Morning census to check fornest status and activity unrecorded during the night.-Training new interns and volunteers.- Participate in other surveys: mammals (looking for tracks mainly), macaws, otters (kayaking lookingfor scats and recording its state, position and some environmental variables) and caimans.- Participate in divulgation and community activities- Data entry

Working on project for the conservation of sea turtles.- Building a turtle hatchery.- Night patrols looking for turtles, measuring them and taking the eggs to the hatchery.- Realization of divulgative activities in the refuge and in schools.- Help with the maintenance of the place.

Working in the department of biodiversity and evolutionary biology on a project about the genetic diversity and population structure of the bearded reedling (Panurus biarmicus) in Western Europe. Publication pending
