Manage invoices for multiple vendors ( +- 400 per week ). Reconcile all charges on vendor invoices. Coordinate with Vendors on invoicing and payment discrepancies. Respond to internal & external inquiries, statement reconciliation and resolving outstanding balances on vendor accounts.
