Controls the appeal process to make final determination on violation.Reviews and approves/denies Affiliate domain name requests. Manages, reviews and approves/denies Premier Club applications and agreements.Assists Sr. Compliance Analyst with the investigation and research of credit card complaints involving the Latino market.Reviews all Vemma marketing materials for the Latino market for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines including FDA and FTC guidelines. Marketing materials include hard copy, web content, social media posts, videos, text messages and testimonials
