In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for PAR, Ferne is serving on the following committees: for 2017: Standard Forms Feedback Panel, Standard Forms Committee, Professional Standards Committee, Legislative Forum, and numerous task forces/work groups. Helping to develop/make updated changes to the forms we use in our business on a daily basis, provides the greatest satisfaction. Using the forms correctly is vital in our industry. As our industry is ever changing, so are the forms/contracts we use.
For 2017 we have scheduled, to date: 2 day Classes. CRS 201, Instructor Gee Dunsten, in Malvern, October 10,11, 2017. CRS 204 with Dale Carlton, Pittsburgh, May 11,12,2017. A New One Day Class - Zero to 60 Homes Sales a Year will be presented in Malvern, April 3 with James Nellis. August 30th, Jackie Leavenworth will present two-3 hour courses in Pittsburgh. During the PAR Winter, Spring & Fall Business Meetings held in Harrisburg, the CRS Chapter hosts a lunch with educational & motivational speakers.
