Work Experience as an Inventory controller for 3 warehouses in Dubai. Estimating the time and cost for yearly/monthly/quarterly Inventory as per Clint necessities. Conducting daily RMA. Audit (receive and move audit report) for material Receipts or Re-warehoused. Providing stock detail of near expiry SKU to the customer for further action. Ensuring that frozen stuff get the correct temperature required to stored. Proving stock details to customer for Book TO Book.

Inventory controller at KGL Logistics DDK2

Work Experience in DDKS Warehouse 6 (As a Quality Controller) Inspect incoming materials/ NSN’s for external damages. Induct received materials in the system using RF gun / Exceed system.Tally the Receiving Tally Sheet to match the physical quantities on DD Form 1348. Checking Loading / Unloading Containers and re-palletize the newly arrived materials incase of PPP&M is done as per the standard and recording the same for future records. Ensure that all reaceaving Documents are compiled accurately and recorded / handed over to the Supervisor.Ensure weather Shrink-wrap / strap boxes is done whenever required.Up-dating daily / weakly / monthly checklists (QF) through the work center.Recording all the incidents and accidents for future records. Work Experience in DDKS Outbound (WH-5 - As a Ware House Man)Receive materials from Warehouses and determining whether the same is for OB, Small parcel area or Plot # 7 depending on the DODDAC, Priority, RDD, Weight, etc.Ensures 100% scanning of materials at receiving dock for closing warehouse drop ids.Consolidating small and medium sized materials according to DODDAC and packing them or strapping before matrix ends, at the Centralized Consolidation Point.Closing drop id’s and Strap them whenever required and sending them to lines according to DODDAC with EXCEED MSL.Ensures MSL is printed for each tri-wall boxes or bulky materials as per guidelines.Check the Air-Pallet for possible dent or damages as per specification. Before putting nets to the 463l pallet.Ensures 100% quality checks for the selection of air-pallet top nets and side nets.Ensure proper placing of pallets/tri-wall boxes on air-pallets in accordance with gravity of pallets.Ensure necessary updation is done on CATT machine for the job processed. Report the Discrepancies to Team Leader/ QC for possible corrective actions.Ensure the Documents are compiled accurately and handed over to the Team leader.
