1. Prepared and completed daily, weekly, monthly, semi-quarterly, and quarterly Preventive Maintenance reports for electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, and cooling water systems on 120 welding machines and robots over a period of 6 months.2. Developed and executed the 'Line Power Machine Diagram' and 'Balancing Power Sub-sub Distribution Pane (SSDP)l' projects in the Plant Service Welding Department. This initiative involved designing an electrical power distribution scheme and balancing loads across 15 SSDP to enhance the operational efficiency of 120 welding machines and robots.3. Electrical Maintenance: Performed preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs on electrical systems, including welding machines, power distribution panels, and cooling systems. Tasks included routine inspections, measuring electrical parameters such as current and voltage, and repairing faults to maintain optimal performance.4. Electrical Measurement and Analysis: Conducted current measurements on the R-S-T phases for each machine to assess power load and perform necessary load balancing. The data obtained was used in power analysis to optimize electrical distribution in the welding plant.5. Safety and Compliance: Adhered to strict occupational health and safety protocols according to K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) standards. Responsibilities included identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.6. Team Collaboration: Collaborated with experienced technicians on projects related to electrical maintenance and distribution. Participated in discussions and training to enhance practical understanding of electrical distribution systems and machine maintenance.7. Operational Efficiency Improvements: Contributed to energy efficiency and operational reliability by balancing electrical loads, mapping SSDP areas, and adjusting power distribution on load panels.
