I lead a team of Data Project Managers in the successful delivery and completion of Data projects involving - Data Lake, Warehousing, Analytics, Log Management, ETL Workflow and Data Streaming. My program management responsibilities include providing guidance and advice on sales and business development, resource management, partner engagement, and achievement of OKRs and financial targets. I also make sure that each engagement complies with the standards and processes within the Project Management and Data business units.

I led project teams in the completion of projects within scope, schedule and cost. Using either Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid methodologies, I collaborated with vendors, consultants and subcontractors in solution development, initiation, implementation, roll out and project closure. My projects involved business process automation, system integration, ground up development, migration and transformation projects using SAP and .net for San Miguel Corp. subsidiaries.

Program management of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives of IMA, IBM’s Diversity Network for Women IBMers in the Philippines. I also served as one of the Diversity and Inclusion leaders in the Cross Business Resource Group composed of the diversity networks for Women (IMA), Persons with Disabilities (HANDS), the LGBTQ+ community (EAGLE) and the Multigenerational workforce.

Program management of four squads within the CIO Global Business Partner Agile tribe. I managed financial targets, service delivery, client relations and the implementation of domain strategies and initiatives.

Project management of MARS and SORT application maintenance activities including completion of change requests, resolution of tickets and generation of reports while ensuring delivery is on schedule and within budget. I managed Tech Leads in the US, and Development and Test resources in China and the Philippines.

Project management of development requirements, enhancements, change requests, fixes and maintenance requirements from concept to roll-out ensuring project plan is successfully completed, with quality deliverables that are within budget and schedule. I led a team of Solution Architects in the US and Developers and Testers in the Philippines in the completion of all requirements.

Project management of Test resources for the Managed Test Services project under the IBM Financial Services Sector and account management of all onsite projects within DKS. I monitored delivery, utilization and Compliance requirements for both DKS and IBM.

Project management of HSBC France and HSBC Foreign Exchange marketing and communications requirements. I collaborated with 20 active clients from both HSBC France and HSBC FX in the solutioning, implementation and roll out of digital and print requirements. This included working with technical leads and marketing teams in the creation of business cases, definition of requirements, solutioning, product recommendation, project implementation, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
