▪ Support MIS activities of the WEERDP project and overall Citizens Charter Program.▪ Collect and enter the data after verified by the relevant units in MIS▪ Preparation of presentations and reports related to MIS activities.▪ Provide technical support and oversee collection, analysis, interpretation and dissemination of the project related information from MIS, surveys,▪ Use the information to monitor and analyze the impact of WEERDP project,and provide updated situation analysis at sub-national level.▪ The collection, compilation and analysis of MIS report related to WEERDP project▪ Implementing and applying MIS strong security procedures, and there is no unauthorized access to the MIS and Database systems.▪ Closely coordinate with IT, and MIS officer▪ Sharing appropriate information as directed with other sub-office and community stakeholders.▪ Producing customized reports for MRDD MIS staff, management process and other partners on request.▪ To adhere to confidentiality procedures and policies when collecting, storing and sharing data.▪ Any other job as and when assigned by the PMU and Regional MIS officer.
