Responsibilities:• Provide day to day support of the TE Global ERP Systems.• Develop, maintain & execute Winshuttle scripts for mass uploads of HR data.• Create in-house solution connecting .NET to SAP for individual and mass employee terminations.• Serve as a Project Leader when required, providing coordination of resources; developing project plans, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of work performed by the project team.• Develop interface (ABAP) to local payroll vendors for countries newly implemented on SAP.• Investigate new technologies and provide technical summaries to management.• Provide technical briefings to team members and management.• Debug ABAP programs to identify the issues/problems.• Configure new actions, personnel areas, personnel subareas, features, etc. as requested.• Respond to trouble tickets and e-mails.• Proactively develop innovative solutions and improvements to system issues.• Participate in virtual project teams to implement new technologies and solutions.• Meet with users or Core Team Analysts to define business requirements in sufficient detail to determine the appropriate SAP development required. • Independently evaluate alternative technical solutions to business requirements and document a recommended design. Investigate existing solutions to avoid redundant development. Provide an estimate of the cost and risk of solution.• Document the required functionality, and the technical requirements of interfaces to other systems. Review documents provided by SAP Analysts or other SAP Analysts/Developers to ensure requirements are understood and that a well-designed, efficient, and supportable solution is documented.
