Support all Corporate HR North America and Global Consumer Group North America on fingerprint, drug test and new hire packages to ensure compliance with Citi guidelines. Handle and maintain the pre-employment and onboarding process through the Non Employee Management Systems (NEMS) P2P and ID and HRMS. Create and activate the Global Enterprise ID number (GEID) for Onshore and Offshore Contingent Workers to access Citi email, voicemail, and Internet and Intranet services. Handle all NEMS contingent worker fingerprinting and drug test process.Worked closely with Citi Management Team to define their resource needs and input this information into NEMS P2P in the form of a requisition that has sourced to Citi Procurement Service (CPS) approved suppliers.Managed the Auto and Student Loan Line of Businesses (LOB)Understand and communicate IT job descriptions/competencies and collaborate with the appropriate CASP, CMS, and Corporate Procurement Services approved vendors.Assured that contractors are in compliance with Citi Policies (CITMP) with respect to drug testing, fingering printing and compliance documentsCreated work orders/PO for time entry and payment processingPerformed ADHOC reporting to resolve low-level system issuesProvide one-on-one on the job training to new Citi Managers responsible for using the NEMS P2P o staff NAIT IT contractors.Worked closely with Citi Managers, Senior Management, HR, Vendor Management, Finance, and Suppliers Show less
