I have a demonstrated history of working in the Property Development sector, Travel, Renewables and Environment industries. Skilled in Negotiation, Business Strategy, Budgeting, Cash Flow, Business Planning, Accounting and Mentoring. My strength as a General Manager coupled with being a Finance Manager allows me to align, lead and grow the organisation due to my ability in rising to challenges in helping others' dreams come true, but also understand the importance of standing my ground and holding my own, coupled with being deadline and results driven using my ability to achieve these through people. By helping the most vulnerable and marginalised in our society brings me the most satisfaction. I am fortunate to have found the perfect environment in BESG which I could combine my strategic and analytical skills together with pro-poor advocacy.
