To plan, organize and execute on-going strategies to minimize Sarawak Energy’s non-technical losses due to theft of electricity and irregularities in metering and billing To recover the loss of revenue incurred by Sarawak Energy from the non-payment of energy bills and from its non-technical losses through efficient loss mitigation and recovery efforts

Conduct series of workshops for the staff of Retail Department in the areas of Leadership, Management, Communication, Coaching & Mentoring, On-Job-Competency Development and Workplace Motivation
