• Around 12 years of experience in Software Testing with exposure in Web, Database, Web Services and Data migration testing • Experience on Testing of SAP BI/BW and Web applications• Have Experience in Regular Interaction with Clients and End Users • Managing a Team of seven members allocating, monitoring and reviewing the testing activities• Experience in analyzing business specification documents and gathering the requirements, developing test scenarios, defining test cases and executing the test cases• Have extensive exposure in Different testing methodologies and well versed in different kind of testing which includes Integration, Regression, System, functional and negative testing• Familiar with Web UI Automation Testing using Selenium• In-depth understanding of software development and testing methodologies (black box testing, regression testing, load/stress testing, performance, using manual testing techniques)• Involved in various STLC Phases like Unit, Integration, System, Product/Process and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)• Experience in creating test plans, test strategies, managing defects in QC, Clear Quest and involved in all the phases of SDLC• Proficient in developing effective test plans and strategies tailored per business need, risks, quality objectives, project timelines and resources• Participated and involved in Organization’s compliance towards CMMI-SVC ML3 & SCAMBI-A• Having experience in direct client interaction and worked in client places • Experience in reporting and tracking defects using tools like HP ALM, HP QC, Jama and Jira• Self-motivated, pro-active, initiative to learn and show high levels of creativity and innovation to evangelize new ideas• Possess good leadership, team management, analytical, communication, and strong inter-personal skills. Comfortable in interacting with people across hierarchies and decision-makers for smooth project execution
