1. Provides technical support to external (Chevron, BP, Ecopetrol, etc.) and internal (Landmark, Sperry, etc.) users around the world about Landmark Drilling Software, from basic to complex issues.2. Resolves users’ requests by applying established problem-solving techniques, understanding how the Drilling Software works, and proposing solutions that allow users to achieve their objectives.3. Work together with Tier II, Product Owners, and the R&D team for complex issues to develop defects or enhancements to improve the Drilling Software functionality.

1. Provide on-site supervision of the M/LWD process, including tool preparation, data acquisition, loggeneration, quality control (QC), and delivery of the services to the customer.2. Serves as a second man, ensuring that all data presented to the customer is accurate, timely, andmeets the highest service quality standard possible.3. Assists in providing technical consultation to all of Halliburton’s clients, this includes mudhydraulics, Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) planning, and formation evaluation, among others.
