Managed a team of 4 specialists to ensure that the human resources services offered to employees were executed most satisfactorily, including remuneration processes, compensation programs and benefits. Coordinated labour relations with employees and managers of the different business units, including claims, disputes and disciplinary measures. Designed and implemented HR policies and procedures to guarantee equity, objectivity and excellence in execution. Prepared and organised the Human Resources Budget. Elaborated and provided training with a great impact on Managers and employees. Negotiated with external suppliers (Payroll Outsourcing, Legal Advice, Temps and Relocation Agencies etc).Accomplishments:• Migration to a new Human Resources model with a Shared Services Center, achieving high employee satisfaction without disruption of HR services.• Outsourcing of the payroll process, without impact on the critical processes of the payroll cycle at both a qualitative and quantitative level.• Conversion of the defined benefit (DB) pension plan to a defined contribution (DC) plan, achieving 100% agreement among the impacted population.
